What it does

  • Documents on WhatsApp

Quotes, orders, invoices and receipts go out from the Send button, with a link to the PDF or the file itself.

  • Payment links

One link per invoice, per several invoices or for the customer's whole balance. Your customer pays from their phone.

  • Payments that apply themselves

Each payment comes into Nori as a customer payment and is applied to their invoices. Any overpayment stays on account.

  • Online statement

Your customer sees their open documents and balance, and pays the ones they choose. Your printed format carries a QR code to that page.

  • Notices on WhatsApp

The notices you set up in Nori reach the customer or your team on WhatsApp.

On any invoice, choose Send on WhatsApp or create the payment link.

What it does not do

  • The link does not carry the invoice lines, only the amount and the reference.
  • Items and prices do not go to Recaudo.
  • WhatsApp conversations and Recaudo's CRM stay in Recaudo.
  • Links are charged in your company's currency, not another one.

What it costs

Recaudo charges its monthly or yearly plan and a fee on each successful payment, according to your Recaudo plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Recaudo account?

Yes. Recaudo is a separate service: you open your account on recaudo.app and connect it to Nori in one click.

How can my customer pay?

With the payment methods active in your Recaudo account, such as card or bank transfer.

What if my customer pays only part?

The payment is applied to the invoices the link covered, or oldest first. Anything left over stays on account.

Does the payment reach my ERP?

Yes. If Nori is connected to SAP Business One or NetSuite, the payment goes up like any other.
