What Nori does with WhatsApp

There are two ways. Without connecting anything, you open WhatsApp with the customer's number from Nori or the app. With Recaudo connected, Nori sends documents, payment links and notices for you.

Without connecting anything

Nori opens WhatsApp on your phone or WhatsApp Web with the customer's number. You write and send the message.

  • WhatsApp button on the customer's contacts and addresses
  • In the app, from the customer list, the route visit and the CRM
  • Share the PDF link from the app with your phone's share menu

You need: WhatsApp on your phone or computer.

With Recaudo

Nori sends the message from your WhatsApp Business line in Recaudo, with a template approved by WhatsApp.

  • Quotes, orders, invoices and receipts, with the PDF link or the file
  • The payment link, with the document or on its own to collect the balance
  • The link to the statement, where your customer sees their balance and pays
  • Nori's notices, to the customer or your team
  • CRM follow-ups, by hand or from an automation

You need: A Recaudo account connected to Nori.

What it does not do

  • It does not read or answer your customers' messages: the conversation stays in WhatsApp or Recaudo.
  • It does not start a conversation with free text: WhatsApp requires an approved template first.
  • Automatic sends do not come from your phone's WhatsApp, they come from your line in Recaudo.
  • It does not work with another WhatsApp provider today: automatic sends are only through Recaudo.

What it costs

The buttons that open WhatsApp cost nothing. Automatic sends depend on your Recaudo plan.

Can I send an invoice on WhatsApp without Recaudo?

From the app you share the PDF link with your phone's share menu and pick WhatsApp. Sending from the web, without your phone, needs Recaudo.

Why do I need a template?

WhatsApp only lets a business start a conversation with an approved template. After the first message, Nori sends the PDF in the same conversation.

Will I know if the message arrived?

Yes. Recaudo tells Nori whether each WhatsApp was delivered or failed.
