ERP integration

Connects with your ERP

Sales, payments and inventory movements post to your ERP automatically. Prices and stock levels flow back to Nori. If a sync fails, you see it and can retry it.

  • Sends sales, payments and customers
  • Pulls prices and stock
  • Shows every sync, with retry

SAP Business One has no point of sale, and NetSuite sells it as a separate product. With Nori, your cashiers and sales reps don't each need an ERP user.

Frequently asked questions

Can I invoice with Nori?

Yes. In Mexico you register your RFC (tax ID), upload your CSD (SAT signing certificate) and stamp CFDI 4.0 through your PAC: EDICOM, Solución Factible or ISI. If you don't have one, use Nori's and pay $0.65 MXN + IVA per stamp. You can also issue payment complements and cancel invoices with the SAT. We add e-invoicing for other countries on request.

What happens if the internet goes down?

At the register, the sale you're ringing up stays saved on the device. When the connection is back, you finish the payment with no risk of charging twice. The mobile app works fully offline and syncs everything later.

How is Nori paid for?

You pay once for a license for each person who uses Nori, and the license is yours to keep. Each year you pay 18% maintenance on active licenses. The app is included. Outside Mexico, prices are in US dollars and don't include local taxes.

Does it work outside Mexico?

Yes. Sales, routes, inventory, collections and the ERP connection work the same in every country. E-invoicing is a separate module for each country. Today we stamp CFDI 4.0 in Mexico, and we'll work with you on your country's requirements.

Does the app work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, on both. It stores the route's products and customers on the phone, so sales reps can sell and collect with no signal. When the connection is back, pending work syncs without duplicates.

How much do I save on ERP licenses?

It depends on how many people only sell, collect, deliver or count stock. They work in Nori with a Nori license, and you keep ERP users for accounting, purchasing and admin. Check with your ERP provider what your contract requires.

Do I need an ERP?

No. Nori has its own inventory, pricing, collections and invoicing. If you already use an ERP such as SAP Business One, NetSuite or Odoo, Nori connects to it and sends your sales and payments.
