AI agents
Digital employees that work while you approve
Each agent has a name, a job title and a Nori role, just like a person. Give it a task or schedule one, and watch it work at its desk in the virtual office.
What it does
-
Name, job and role
Sofía in collections, Diego in purchasing. Each one works with a Nori role and sees what a person with that role would see.
-
Tasks on their own
Schedule them every morning or every Monday, or let an event start them, like an overdue invoice or a new delivery. You can also hand one a task right now.
-
Virtual office
A 3D office where each agent sits at its desk. See who is working, who is waiting for your sign-off and what each one delivered.
-
You approve
Choose how much freedom each one has: only propose, handle low-risk work, or act up to an amount. Everything else lands in your approvals inbox.
-
Automate the repetitive
If a task is always done the same way, the agent can prepare an automation or add a field to your screens. Nothing is used until someone approves it.
-
Cost per task
See what each task costs. Simple ones use a light model, and the ones that always follow the same steps run as an automation with no AI cost.
How they work
Tasks the demo agents do every day.
-
Collections
Reviews overdue invoices, ranks them by balance and age and proposes follow-up calls in the CRM.
-
Purchasing
Spots what is below the minimum and leaves a draft purchase order for the usual supplier.
-
Logistics
Every morning it sums up the day's deliveries and flags the late ones.
Under your control
-
Its role sets its permissions
A purchasing agent does not see payroll. It follows the same rules, limits and approvals as the screens.
-
Nothing changes without your sign-off
If an agent proposes a new field or an automation, someone on your team reviews it before it is used, and the change history is kept.
-
Stop it any time
Pause one agent or switch them all off at once. Each one has a monthly spending cap.
-
Everything is logged
Each task keeps what it looked up, what it proposed and who approved it.
With SAP Business One or NetSuite
Agents work with what is in Nori. What your supervisors approve goes up to your ERP like any other document.
See integrationsLicense
Each agent takes one license, like a user with its role. Model usage is paid directly to Anthropic with your company's account, with no extra charge from Nori.
PricingFrequently asked questions
How much does a task cost?
It depends on the task. A summary on the light model costs less than a cent, and a review with proposals a few cents. You see the cost of each task and set a monthly cap per agent.
Can it send emails or create documents by itself?
Only if you let it. By default it proposes and waits for your approval. You can let it make drafts and notes on its own, or act up to an amount.
Can it sign in to Nori with a username and password?
No. An agent cannot sign in to the web or the app. It works on the server with its role's permissions.
Who reviews what it proposes?
Its supervisor, chosen when you create it. They get a notice and approve or reject it from the approvals inbox.
