Pay for each license once

Each person who uses Nori needs a license. You buy it once and it's yours. Each year you pay 18 % maintenance on your active licenses.

The mobile app comes with the license at no extra cost.

Implementation is optional. If you set up Nori yourself, you don't pay for it. Assisted packages include setup by our team, custom reports and print layouts, loading your catalogs and data, mapping catalogs and document series to your ERP, and training.

What you save on ERP licenses

Your cashiers, sales reps and warehouse staff work in Nori with a Nori license, so they don't take up ERP users. Accounting, purchasing and admin users stay in the ERP. Check with your ERP provider what your contract requires.

Pricing questions

What does maintenance include?

Nori updates, support and the mobile app for all your active licenses. It costs 18 % of the price of those licenses and you pay it every year on your go-live anniversary. If you deactivate a license, it stops counting at the next renewal.

What happens if I stop paying maintenance?

We let you know before the due date, and Nori keeps working while you catch up. If the balance is still unpaid after the period in your contract, the account may switch to read-only (you can view and download your data but can't record new transactions) or be suspended until you pay. Your licenses stay yours.

Can I change a license type?

Yes. You pay the difference between the two prices. For example, from Cashier to Supervisor you pay $3,000 + IVA.

Can I move a license to another person?

Yes. If someone leaves the company, you move their license to another user instead of buying a new one.

Do I have to pay for implementation?

No, it's optional. You can set up Nori yourself with the in-app getting started guide and, if you use SAP Business One, connect your Service Layer from Nori. If you'd rather have us do it, choose Start ($14,900 + IVA) or With ERP ($39,900 + IVA). Both include setup, custom reports and print layouts, loading your catalogs, and training.

Does the ERP connector cost anything?

No. The SAP Business One and NetSuite connectors are included. Set it up yourself in Nori, or we set it up for you in the With ERP implementation.

Does CFDI stamping cost anything?

If you stamp through your own PAC, Nori charges nothing per stamp. If you use Nori's PAC, each stamp costs $0.65 + IVA and you only pay for what you stamp.

Are there monthly payments?

Not for licenses. The only monthly charge is for stamps, if you use Nori's PAC. If you want Nori to host your instance in the cloud, contact us for pricing.
