CRM activities and follow-ups
Log calls, visits, emails and notes on each deal, schedule the next step with a reminder and work through your follow-ups for the day.

Each deal keeps its history: what already happened (a call, a visit, an email) and what comes next (a follow-up with a date). A deal without a next step goes cold, and the board flags it.
Log what happened
- Open the deal from CRM › Sales pipeline or CRM › Deals.
- Under Log activity, pick the type: Note, Call, Email, WhatsApp, Meeting, Visit or Task.
- Type the subject and, if you want, the Notes (optional).
- Click Log.
The activity goes to the deal's History with who did it and when. Stage changes, linked documents, quotes sent and invoices paid also show up there on their own.
Send the email or WhatsApp from Nori
With Email or WhatsApp, check Send now, enter the Recipient and click Send and log. The message goes out through the channel your company connected in Integrations › Integrations center (WhatsApp, for example, through Recaudo). If the channel isn't connected, Nori tells you and doesn't log it as sent.
Schedule the next step
- Under Log activity, pick the type (a Task is already a follow-up) and check Schedule as follow-up.
- Set when it's Due, Who does it and under Remind me when you get the reminder: At the time, 15 minutes before, 1 hour before or 1 day before.
- Click Schedule.
The follow-up shows under the deal's Next steps and on the board card. When the reminder time comes, Nori notifies the person who does it in Nori and by email. You can change that notice in Administration › Parameters › Notices and emails (see Notices and emails).
When you've done it:
- Mark done: enter the Outcome (optional) and it goes to the history.
- Reschedule: change the date without losing your notes.
- Under More options you can delete it.
Your follow-ups for the day
CRM › My follow-ups gathers your follow-ups from every deal under Overdue, Today, Next 7 days and Later. You can mark them done there without opening each deal.
- If you can see everyone's deals, See everyone's shows the team's.
- Notices shows reminders and automation notices. Mark as read clears them.
In the mobile app the same follow-ups are under Mi agenda (see The CRM in the mobile app).
Why: in SAP Business One activities are a separate module linked to the opportunity. In Nori you log them inside the deal, and the board uses the next follow-up's date to tell you what's falling behind.
If you don't see…
- Send now: it only appears with Email or WhatsApp and with Schedule as follow-up unchecked.
- The email reminder: check that the notice is on in Notices and emails and that the user has an email address.
- A follow-up in My follow-ups: it belongs to someone else (click See everyone's if you have permission) or its deal is already closed.
