Pay for licenses and maintenance

Administration › Licenses and payments shows everything you own and owe Nori, and lets you pay by card. Only users with an Administrator license and the Buy licenses and pay Nori permission can open it.

What you see

• To pay: each open charge, with its total including IVA (Mexican VAT) and its due date.
• Licenses: how many you own of each type, how many are in use and how many are free.
• Maintenance: the annual amount (18% of the value of your active licenses, plus IVA), the current period, your coverage end date and the next due date.
• Usage this month: CFDI stamps through Nori's PAC (SAT-authorized certification provider) and, if it applies, the cloud hosting fee. Both are charged together early the next month.
• Payments: what you've already paid, with receipts.

Pay a charge

1. In To pay, click Pay on the charge.
2. The card checkout opens in a new tab. Enter your card details and confirm.
3. When you're done, you return to Licenses and payments on that charge. The page waits for confirmation and updates automatically.

If the payment link allows partial payments, each one is recorded on the charge, so you can see how much you've paid and how much is left. Once the full amount is paid, the charge is marked paid and any licenses you bought are activated.

If your account is read-only because of an overdue payment, you can still sign in and pay. The restriction is lifted once the payment is confirmed.

Buy licenses

1. In Buy licenses, choose the type and quantity. You'll see the subtotal, IVA and total.
2. Click Continue to payment, then Pay by card.
3. The licenses are activated as soon as the payment is confirmed, and any users of that type who were waiting for a license get one. If you don't pay within 48 hours, the order is canceled.

If you buy partway through your maintenance period, you'll get a separate charge later for prorated maintenance on the new licenses.

Upgrade a license

In Upgrade a license, choose the new type next to the license and click Upgrade. You pay the difference in list price, plus IVA. The upgrade applies once the payment is confirmed, and the user picks up the new license on their next action. See Licenses and roles for what each type covers.

Renew maintenance early

Click Renew maintenance to pay now for the renewal due on your next anniversary. Your coverage is extended as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Automatic payment

If you have a card on file with Nori, turn on Charge my card automatically. Maintenance and the monthly charge then go to that card on their due date. If a charge fails, we send you the payment link. To save a card, contact us and we'll send you a link to add it.

Without automatic payment, we email you the payment link before each due date, with reminders. We also send it by WhatsApp if you gave us a billing phone number.

Receipts

In Payments, click Receipt to view and print it. The invoice (CFDI, Mexico's e-invoice) is issued separately.
