Sell on Mercado Libre with Nori
Connect your seller account so every paid sale comes in as a sales order with its payment, and to publish your stock on your listings.

On this page
With your Mercado Libre account connected:
- Every paid sale comes into Nori as a sales order, with what was collected as a payment on account.
- If you turn it on, Nori publishes your stock on your listings every time it changes.
1. Connect your account
- Go to Administration › Integrations › Integrations center and open Mercado Libre.
- Press Connect with Mercado Libre. Sign in with your seller account and authorize Nori.
- Mercado Libre brings you back to Nori with Done: the account is connected and your account's nickname.
On connecting, the integration is turned on and Nori fills in what is missing: your warehouse, your user as Recording user, a Mercado Libre customer for every sale and the Mercado Libre (online) tender. New sales come in from that moment; earlier ones are not brought in.
If Mercado Libre stops accepting the authorization, the page says the account must be connected again and no sales come in. Press Reconnect. With Disconnect, orders stop coming in and stock stops being published.
2. Set how sales come in
In the Orders section:
- Order series, Warehouse and Sales employee. Without a sales employee, the customer's is used.
- Customer of the orders. Mercado Libre does not share the buyer's email, so you choose:
- One customer for every sale: the one in Customer for every sale.
- One customer per buyer: Nori creates each buyer once, with the Prefix of new customers in its code (for example
ML-).
- Tender and Tender by how the buyer paid: type the payment method or type as Mercado Libre names it (
visa,master,oxxo,account_money,credit_card,ticket…) and the Nori tender for it. Anything not in the list uses the Tender above. - Shipping item: a service. Only used when the buyer pays the shipping to you; Mercado Envíos shipping does not go into the order.
- Shipments you deliver: one per line, as Mercado Libre names them (for example
self_servicefor Flex). Those sales get a home delivery in Nori; Mercado Envíos delivers the rest. - Bring the listing photos to items without images.
What happens with each sale
- It comes in when Mercado Libre marks it paid.
- Products are matched by SKU: the SKU of the listing or variation must be the item code in Nori. Nori does not create items; if a SKU does not exist, the sale is held.
- Mercado Libre prices already include taxes and come in that way. If the total does not match Mercado Libre's to the cent, the sale is held.
- Each sale is one sales order, even when it comes in a cart with others. The cart number goes in the notes to find them together.
- The order notes carry the sale number, the buyer, the Mercado Libre fee and the shipment with its type.
- What was collected becomes a payment on account and is applied when you deliver or invoice the order in Nori.
- If the sale is cancelled and you have not touched it in Nori, Nori cancels the order and its payment. If you already delivered or invoiced it, it is held.
Publish stock
In the Stock section:
- Check Publish stock on Mercado Libre.
- Choose the Published warehouses. What is available (on hand less committed) in those warehouses is added up. If you choose none, the orders' warehouse is used.
- Save.
Nori reads your listings and publishes the quantity on those whose SKU is a Nori item, every time it changes and in the check every 15 minutes. What held sales still owe is taken off what is available. Full listings are handled by Mercado Libre and left alone.
The price does not change unless you check Publish the price too and choose a Price list. Then the price with taxes of that list is published.
See published stock shows each listing or variation with its SKU, the matching item, the published quantity and whether there was an error. Filter by With an error or Without item, and Publish stock now does not wait for the next check.
Held sales
See orders opens Mercado Libre orders: each sale with its buyer, total, fee, the document in Nori, the shipment and the status. Held shows the ones that stopped and why (SKU without item, different total, no shipping item, no customer…). They are retried by themselves for a week; you can also press Retry or Sync now.
Permissions
Setting up Mercado Libre and seeing its orders requires the permission to manage integrations.
