Notices and emails
Decide what Nori tells, how (in Nori, by email or by WhatsApp) and to whom, event by event.
Updated on October 24, 2026
Nori tells people when something they care about happens: a CRM reminder, an ERP alert, an authorization request. In Administration › Notices and emails you decide, event by event, whether it goes out, how and to whom. You need the settings permission.
What Nori tells
| Area | Event | Out of the box |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | Document sent to the customer | The text the Send button's email starts with |
| Authorizations | Authorization request | The bell, to whoever can approve |
| Authorizations | Authorization decided | Off |
| Logistics | New home delivery to schedule | Off; to Logistics of the document's warehouse |
| Logistics | Delivery completed | Off; to the salesperson |
| Logistics | Delivery failed | Off; to Logistics of the warehouse and the salesperson |
| Logistics | Order tracking for the customer | Off; email to the customer |
| Inventory | Inventory movement posted | Off; email to Logistics of the document's warehouse |
| Inventory | Low stock | Off; one daily digest per warehouse, to Logistics of that warehouse |
| Collections | Online payment received | Off; to the customer's salesperson |
| Collections | Overdue collections | Off; one daily digest per salesperson with their overdue customers |
| Collections | Recaudo needs to reconnect | In Nori, to whoever manages the integration |
| ERP | Sync alert | Email to whoever manages the sync and to the addresses in the ERP settings |
| E-invoicing | CFDI to the customer when stamped | Off; PDF and XML to the customer's email |
| E-invoicing | Stamping failed | Off; to whoever created the document |
| CRM | Follow-up reminder | In Nori and by email, to whom the follow-up is assigned |
| CRM | Automation notice | In Nori, and by email when the action asks for it |
| Administration | Account deletion request | In Nori and by email, to the administrators |
What Nori already sent stays the same until you change it. What is new comes turned off.
Some emails do not depend on this screen: the ones you send yourself with a document's Send button or from the CRM (you choose the recipients then) and those about your account with Nori (licenses, maintenance, invitations).
Set up an event
Open the event and choose:
- On or off.
- Channels: in Nori (the notices inbox in the top bar), email and, when Recaudo is connected with a message template, WhatsApp. WhatsApp reaches the customer and the users who registered their mobile phone.
- Recipients:
- Depending on the case: the document's salesperson, who created it, the customer, whom the follow-up is assigned to…
- Roles, warehouses and branches narrow each other. For example, the Logistics role with In the document's warehouse notifies only Logistics staff working in that warehouse.
- Named users, and other emails separated by commas.
- Only when (document events): document type, warehouse and a minimum total.
- Text: your own subject and message. Leave them empty to use Nori's. You can use variables such as
{folio},{partner},{total},{warehouse}or{status}; the screen lists each event's.
Daily digests
Low stock and Overdue collections don't wait for something to happen: they go once a day, in the morning, if you turn them on.
- Low stock lists, per warehouse, the items whose available stock is at or below their minimum or reorder point (the ones you set in the item's inventory tab). With Of the notice's warehouse, each digest reaches only the people who work in that warehouse.
- Overdue collections lists, per salesperson, the customers with invoices or debit memos past due and unpaid, how much they owe and for how many days. It goes to the customer's salesperson; if you add a role, that role gets every salesperson's digest. If you check The customer, each customer also gets their own reminder with their overdue documents, by email or WhatsApp.
Test sends you a sample with example data, in Nori and to your email. Restore brings the event back to how it came.
Nobody sees what they should not
A user only gets notices about documents they can see: they need permission to view that document type and must work in the document's warehouse (when their user has assigned warehouses). ERP alerts reach only those who can manage the sync, and CRM notices respect the deals each person can see.
Your notices
The inbox in the top bar shows your recent notices; opening one takes you to what it is about. From Preferences (or My notices in your user menu) you turn off the notices in Nori you do not need. Important ones, such as authorization requests or an account deletion, cannot be turned off.
On that same page you register your mobile phone to get by WhatsApp the notices your company sends through that channel. Type it with the country code (+52…) or as 10 digits; Nori adds the company's country code. What you turn off doesn't reach you by WhatsApp either. An administrator can also enter it in Administration › Users.
Coming from Nori desktop
- The "logistics activity" email no longer goes to the first user with role L: it is the Inventory movement posted event, addressed to the Logistics role of the document's warehouse.
- The
seguimiento.htmltemplate is the text of the Order tracking for the customer event. - There is no email account to choose: every email goes out with the company's account.
