Warehouse board
Every order leaving a distribution center on one screen, by stage, with the promised date and colors for what is due soon or overdue. Made for a screen on the wall.
Updated November 6, 2026
Logistics and routes › Warehouse board puts in columns everything that leaves a warehouse: counter orders, home deliveries and route orders. Nothing is entered here: each card moves by itself as it is worked on its own screen.
The columns
| Column | What is in it |
|---|---|
| New | Orders and invoices that came in and nobody started picking |
| Picking | What is being picked in this warehouse |
| Ready to hand over or load | What was picked and waits at the counter, and home deliveries waiting to be scheduled or loaded |
| On the way | Home deliveries out for delivery |
| Delivered today | Deliveries made today and what the handover station handed over today |
| Not delivered | Deliveries that could not be made |
On a phone you see one column at a time: tap it at the top to switch.
Each card
- Whether it is Counter, Home delivery or Route, the document type and the number in large type.
- The customer and how many items it has.
- A clock with how long it has been waiting.
- The promised delivery: Due today, Due tomorrow or the day, with the time window if any.
- The driver or the delivery status, and the amount if you can see the document.
Tapping it opens where it is worked: picking while it is prepared, the handover station once ready and Home deliveries for deliveries. On a scheduled delivery without a route, Dispatched moves it to On the way from here.
Promised date and colors
The promised date is the one scheduled for the delivery or the one the customer asked for, with its time window. If there is none, the document's delivery date is used.
- Amber (Due soon): two hours or less to the end of the window. Without a window, to the end of the day.
- Red (Overdue): it is past.
Each column shows first what was promised earliest; what has no date goes last. Delivered cards are never colored.
On a screen on the wall
- The board refreshes by itself every 30 seconds. The top says when it was updated or if the connection was lost.
- A new order is highlighted for a moment and a notice with its number shows up. It makes no sound.
- A+ enlarges the text to read it from afar; Nori remembers it on that computer.
- The monitor button puts the board in Full screen.
If there are several distribution centers, choose which one to see at the top. If your user has assigned warehouses, only those show. Route trucks are not listed.
Permissions
You need Goods delivery: view the board. Home delivery cards show if you can also view the home deliveries board, and Dispatched requires the permission to schedule and dispatch deliveries.
