Order tracking page
Every home delivery has a public page where the customer sees, without signing in, which step the order is at, when it arrives and who received it.
Updated November 6, 2026
Every home delivery has its own tracking page. The customer opens it from their phone without a user or password and sees where their order is.
What the customer sees
- Your company's name and logo and the order number.
- The steps Received, Preparing, On its way and Delivered, with the current one marked:
- Received: the delivery has no date yet.
- Preparing: it is scheduled.
- On its way: it is out for delivery.
- Delivered: the delivery date and time, who received it and the delivery photo.
- The promised Delivery date and time window.
- Where it is delivered: street, neighborhood, city and postal code. Without the house number.
- If it goes by carrier, the carrier, the tracking number and the Track with the carrier link.
If it could not be delivered, the page says We could not deliver your order, with the reason that was recorded and a note that they will be contacted to schedule it again. If the delivery is cancelled, it says so too.
The page shows no amounts, phone numbers or house number, and the photo only appears once the order is delivered. The link does not expire and cannot be guessed: if someone changes it, the page does not open.
Send the link to the customer
Copy it
In Logistics and routes › Home deliveries, every card has Copy tracking link. Paste it in a WhatsApp, an email or wherever you talk to the customer.
Have it sent by itself
Turn on the Order tracking for the customer notice in Administration › Parameters › Notices and emails. Every time the delivery changes status, the customer gets the new status with the link to their page. The default text already has it; if you write your own, use these variables:
| Variable | What it shows |
|---|---|
{tracking_url} |
The link to the tracking page |
{status} |
The delivery's new status |
{carrier} |
The carrier, when it goes by carrier |
{tracking_number} |
The carrier's tracking number |
