The CRM in the mobile app

Check your deals on your phone, log calls and visits, schedule the next step, quote and win or lose, even without signal.

On this page

The Nori app has the same CRM as the web, built for reps on the road. The app is in Spanish and calls deals oportunidades; they are the same ones you see in CRM › Deals. Below, the app's labels appear in Spanish with their meaning.

Where it is

In the app, go to Más › CRM (More › CRM). It only appears if your role has deal permissions. If you can see everyone's deals it reads "Oportunidades del equipo y tu agenda"; otherwise "Mis oportunidades y mi agenda".

See your deals

  • Pick the pipeline at the top. Each stage is a column you swipe sideways, with how many deals it has. Switch to Lista (list) if you prefer rows.
  • Filter with Con vencidos (with an overdue follow-up) or Inactivas (no activity), and with Mías (mine) if you see the whole team's.
  • Search by deal or customer name.

Create a deal

  1. Tap Nueva (new), or Agregar aquí (add here) in a column.
  2. Pick the customer and enter Qué le vas a vender (what you'll sell), Monto estimado (estimated amount), the expected close and the stage.
  3. Tap Crear oportunidad (create deal).

You can also start one from the customer's page: if they have no open deals, tap the notice to create one.

Work a deal

When you open it you see its stage, details, documents and timeline.

  • Llamar (call) and WhatsApp call or message the customer. When you come back to the app, Nori asks whether to log the call or message.
  • Llegar (get there) opens the map with the customer's address.
  • Registrar actividad (log activity): a visit, a note, a call.
  • Programar seguimiento (schedule follow-up): pick ¿Cuándo? (when) and Recordatorio (reminder).
  • Mover de etapa (move stage), Ganada (won) or Marcar como perdida (mark as lost, with the reason). A closed deal can be reopened.
  • Crear cotización (create quote) opens a sale for that customer with the deal linked. If it already has one, the button reads Hacer otra cotización (make another quote).

My agenda

The agenda icon at the top of the CRM opens Mi agenda: your follow-ups for the next 14 days, overdue ones first. The number on the icon is how many are overdue. You can mark a follow-up done from there.

Without signal

What you've already downloaded stays on the phone: you can see your deals and agenda without signal (you'll see "Sin señal: estás viendo lo guardado"). What you do offline (create, move, log) is saved and sent automatically when the signal returns. You can follow it in Más › Sincronización (More › Sync).

A deal created offline can't be quoted yet: the button reads Podrás cotizar cuando se envíe (you can quote once it's sent).

If you don't see…

  • CRM in the More menu: your role has no deal permissions. Ask your administrator.
  • Another rep's deals: you need the See everyone's deals permission.
  • The message "Pide a tu administrador que configure el CRM": the company has no pipeline yet. It's created on the web, see How to set up your sales pipelines.
  • A change you made on the road: check Más › Sincronización; if it failed, the reason is there.
